Return request- not as described
A buyer is claiming a pair of jeans she bought were not the brand listed. The jeans i sold where brand Hudson style barbara, stated on the tag. She said, these are not the brand Hudson barbara. I replied to her explaining these are Brand Hudson and style is barbara. She said, these are not the same as the one she owns, and sent a picture of both side by side. Which the one i sold are a bootcut syle as stated and hers looks like flare style. I zoomed in to the picture and the brand of the pants she owns looks totally different form a Hudson tag. I told her if i can have a clear picture of the pants tag she currently owns. But hasn't responded. Is there anything that can be done? She now requested a return with item not as describe.

·3 years agoSince they filed an INAD, all you can do is accept the return and pay return shipping or just refund and let them keep them.
