Return Request Issues
Sold a lamp in December to a customer in Italy. Customer received it February 6th. Since it was Italy customs. Then on the 9th he tells me it's broken, and he wants his money back so ebay put a hold on my account for $250. I just received the original box I sent to him. He sent it 02/17 it got here in under a month cause it's empty with nothing but packing supplies in it. It's obviously not broken, looks like he kept it and sent me an empty box. Normally when a customer does a return eBay sends me a notification with tracking but that didn't happen. Is there anything I can do or am I stuck with this empty box and out my money?
