Return request from buyer

I sold a duffle bag that did not have a strap with it, the photos clearly showed no strap in multiple pictures, the buyer is saying the bag is useless without a strap and wants to return it now. I’m curious on how others would respond to this case.

Since Land Rover duffle bags come with a strap and there are rings on the sides of the bag in your photos where the strap would be attached, the fact that the strap was missing from the bag you were selling should have been prominently disclosed.

I would welcome the buyer to return the bag for a refund.
