Return request from Buyer
I have a 100% rating, many years on Ebay, casual seller. Clearly state I do not take returns.
Buyer purchased a tea kettle. They messaged me the day they got it and said it won't work with their new induction stove and said she sees I do not take returns. Could I do anything? I offered her 50% back and keep the item. No response. Now has started a process with Ebay and wants all monies and shipping back. Her claims are untrue. Claims item not as described or pictures. Completely false. I have many pictures to show what the item was and my listing CLEARLY said "in the style of" because the product was missing complete makers marks, only some. All pictures clearly showed this. I feel like I am being FORCED and bullied into a refund which by all admission they don't want it. Will Ebay back the seller/Me? Can you tell this is my FIRST problem like this?

I would think that with your many years on eBay you would know that Buyers are protected by the eBay money Back Guarantee and that the No returns policy is limited in what it will actually apply to.
With that policy if you decline or fight the return reason of Not as described eBay can be asked to step in, force you to refund from your account and let the Buyer keep the item.

You should become familiar with seller protections: Seller protections | eBay
Accept the return, get the item back, Report the Buyer via the link on the Sold item if they have been dishonest and abused the return process. Use Seller protections that may apply.
