Return Request False Claim of incorrect description!
A buyer has claimed that the item description is incorrect. However, the photos they are referencing were not part of my original listing and show a different background. The item shipped matches the description and the images included in the listing. While I am open to issuing a refund to resolve the situation, I do not believe the listing itself is inaccurate or misleading. How do I dispute this?
