Return request even though listing has the defect mentioned.

If you have a listing that states the item you are selling no longer makes noise, buyer still buys it but then wants to return it as they stated, received item and it doesn't make noise. Has anyone gone through something like this or similar and how did ebay help support you or did you just refund the purchase?

Hi @ahausmom

When I sell something for Parts Only or Restoration Required I put that in 4 places:

-Title

-Conditions

-Grade (Item Specific)

-Description

Never had the issue you described BUT I did have a Buyer return something I had listed for Restoration required, they couldn't fix it and wanted to return it. I accept returns so I took it back and listed it again and it sold.
