Return request due to a smell in the bag
I am a seller on eBay it states that I do not accept returns. The last person damaged the item in order to get a refund admitting that it was done by accident this time I sold a Louis Vuitton purse that I personally wash down with baby wipes, non-scented and dried very well and it is stored in my house in a separate bedroom the person that bought the bag says it smells so bad like mildew that they can’t even take it out mind you there is no mildew in the bag and there is a lavender satchel that I put in the box, I don’t feel I should have to give a refund. I feel like it is an excuse because they changed their mind. Any advice
