Return request denied
I ordered suede men's 9 and 1/2 Nikes and I got women's leather Nike shoes that was supposed to be authenticated but evidently wasn't and now eBay denies my request to return but the seller said to return the item he told me to so why is eBay preventing me from getting my refund for the shoes that doesn't fit and are wrong labeled they're not even men's shoes what's going on with this how do I continue to get my money back
