Return request - damage item
Hi, i returned an item that was sent to me but it was damage. It is a wireless power drill combo and one battery doesn't charge correctly. I opened a return case and started a conversation with the seller. I didn't know that ebay will provide me a return label to print and I ship the package to a different address provided by the seller. I sent some pictures too to the seller and they told me that they will not give me a refund because I change the battery with an old one, that the battery is scuffed up they said. That's not true, i ship to them the same item they ship to me. Now i don't have any reply from the seller and I don't know what to do. I receive and email from ebay that say that ebay give me the reason but no refund yet... Any help I will be grateful, thanks.

Mentor1 year agoI would go ahead and go to your Purchase history, locate the item, and click the option to Return this item for the reason Not as described/damaged. Enter the tracking number for the returned package.
