Return request closed, Seller does not accept returns
Bought a Canon lens. It is not compatible with my camera. I ASKED A SELLER A QUESTION BEFORE MAKING A PURCHASE. He never answered. I assumed it was made for all models as it states made for Canon. I purchased it and I tried it on THREE different cameras. My request to make a return was closed. What can I do now? Ebay is refusing to help solve this problem.

OP11 months agoEbay still endorses scams. Caveat emptor.

Mentor11 months agoIf the seller has a no returns policy, and your reason for the return is Does not fit, that is a buyer's remorse reason, and the seller can indeed decline the return. You should NOT have made the purchase if the seller did not reply to your question. You can now resell it yourself, give it away or donate it.
