Return request closed by seller
I purchased a driveshaft for my 2008 Subaru WRX a couple of months ago and have been rebuilding my car, I just recently went to install the new driveshaft and it's the wrong one so I asked to return it and the seller closed my request, what in the hell is going on?? They sold me the incorrect part and now won't send me the correct one or issue me a refund?? That's stealing where I'm from. Any advice on what I can do to either get another driveshaft or my money back?? I can't find help other than AI on eBay, I appreciate any advice thank you

Mentor8 months agoebay's Money Back Guarantee expires 30 days after receiving the item. You should have checked the item as soon as you received it. If you paid with a credit card, you can contact your card issuer for help. They will usually help if the item was purchased within the past 180 days.

OP8 months agoDually noted,thank you i really appreciate your response, I will be sure to contact 1 of my credit card agents to see what they can do, this is my first time reaching out to the community for any kind of help and I'm glad i did, otherwise I possibly could have been out of the money i work my buttocks off to receive, whomever replied to my question, I am indebted to you forever as to information like this is priceless and you taking the time to offer such inquisitive information is a blessing indeed, I believe in good and bad karma, whomever wrote this response i do hope receives good karma coming his/her way all day everyday!!
