Return request canceled by mistake – need help reopening

Hello,

I accidentally canceled my return requests for two items, but I still need to return them because they don’t fit.

Now I am unable to open a new return request. Could you please help me reopen the return or create a new return request for me?

Hi @ismoil.abbas I'm sorry, but once you close a return request, it cannot be reopened and you cannot open a new one. You'll have to see if you can deal directly with the seller at this point.
