Return request as a seller
I just got a return request as a seller because the buyer bought the wrong item. I do not accept returns, but am willing to accept the return if as long as o get ALL my money back. I offered free shipping, so that was paid for by me.
How do I ensure that I get the full amount back, including the shipping I paid?
