Return Request After Refunding Buyer
I need help and I can not get help from eBay what’s so ever, on dec 29 a buyer purchased 3 sets of $100 gift cards. The price of these was set at $50 on Jan 8 I refunded the buyer because the amount on the cards we’re not correct they were able to recieve cards a few of them had correct balance, so I decided to take the loss and refund them every order. I refunded 3 orders that I put in my chase account from payout, And a few days later I received a return request for an order I canceled and refunded. I lost money on this order already so I’m confused on how I’m getting charged $36.99 more for something Ive already refunded for $42.99+ x3 if anybody knows what I can do please. I have the bank statements of the money being deducted from my account.
