Return request after feedback has been left
Hello, A customer left positive feedback that the dress fit perfect. Now she wants to return it because she changed her mind. Can she still return it for a refund? It is still within my 30 day return policy.

Absolutely. Just advise her to open a return using the option in the dropdown next to the order in her Purchase History to get started.
