Return request after 8 months
I sold an item in December 2023 and the buyer has now just messaged me stating that a part of the item is missing. Buyer even left positive feedback. Item was described as open box but not used and all parts were in original box but opened.
Buyer has not requested return but I believe it will happen.
What are my options 8 months later as a seller?

You can advise the buyer that she had 30 days to return the item if it was missing parts, but there is nothing that can be done after 7 months.
