Return Request After 30 Days On PS2 Buyer Says Is Defective
50 days after buyer received the PlayStation 2 the Buyer requests a refund saying he finally tested it and it won't play blue or black game disks. I know I tested the unit, but honestly, I don't know if I tested it with black or blue game disks, I mean it was listed for couple months and then he didn't open it for over a month. Buyer has 100% feedback as a buyer on thousands of reviews. It appears the buyer purchases consoles on line and then sells them some other way. I am small time seller just trying to make a few extra bucks so the return will hurt quite a bit but also I want to do the right thing but I think that I am within my rights within ebay policy to deny the return. But I know ebay can get involved too. Any help would be provided! Thank you!

-The Buyer was only protected for 30 days from receipt of the item per the eBay Money Back Guarantee.
-Requesting a refund is different from filing a return, the Buyer can still file a dispute with their funding source.
-The main picture on the listing has what looks like a black game disk ...
-I would let them know that your return policy only covered 30 days and the unit worked prior to you listing it on eBay.
-Buyers can leave Feedback for 60 days, just so you know. For myself I have a little problem with a Buyer waiting 50 days before testing something they purchased use on eBay ...

The buyer should not have been able to file a Return Request on Ebay if it was more than 30 days past date of delivery.
