Mentor3 years agoUnless you listed the item as non-working and for parts only, the buyer should have every expectation that the item works. So yes, you'll need to accept the return.
(I've only returned one item on eBay in 19 years and it was for a defective item that arrived factory sealed, so this can certainly happen.)
