Hey there, I has issues with the seller I request a return but the seller he close the case aren’t why the product is in original packaging and unopened

Mentor4 months agoBuyers can only REQUEST to cancel an order. The seller is NOT obligated to do so. If you ask nicely, explaining why you need to cancel, most sellers will cancel for Buyer Requested, although they are not required to do so. Once you receive the item, you can give it away, donate it, or sell it yourself on ebay, or another platform.
Since the seller was able to close the case, it sounds like the seller had a no returns policy, and if you gave a buyer's remorse reason, the seller can indeed decline the return. Give the item away, donate it, or sell it yourself.
