Question for the community:
I ordered a quantity of 2 different boxes that contain front struts per my mechanic. When
I received the boxes, I only needed one, so I did a return request. When I went to the mechanic with the part, the first mechanic was not there but the second one said this is the wrong part for the car. I canceled the first request to return only one box and I tried to do another request to return both boxes but it won’t let me. Please advise. Is there a way that I can contact a live eBay agent? Please help!
