Return Request
Hi,
Somewhat new here, first return request. To set the scene, they bought the item on the 12th, I shipped on the 13th. I don't allow returns. They initially requested to return because it wasn't delivered by the "birthday" date even though I shipped the following day they ordered. I kindly explained how I sent it out right away and don't typically accept returns. They seemed to understand and will wait for the package.
How do I appeal the claim so its resolved and not linked to my account? Also, did I do the right thing?
Thanks

So the buyer filed the returns request when they had NOT yet received the item? If you accept the return, ebay provides a link for the buyer to print out the return shipping label. There is a deadline for the buyer to get the item to the carrier. The buyer might not meet that deadline since s/he has not yet received the item. In that case you can return to the case and click the option to close the case.

OP4 months agoCorrect, the package is not there yet. Was expected the 16th-20th but is delayed (not because of my doing). I don't see any return requests on my page anymore but I do have this little checklist for "getting paid quicker" and it now says I have 1 of the 2 allowed occurrences. Is that fixable or no? So maybe they decided to cancel the return?
Thanks so much
