Return request
I just got a return request due to damage. I know when I sent the item it was clean and not damaged. It looks like slobber from a child or dog. It didn’t have that when I sent it. I took time to lint roll it and carefully pack it. What should I do? I indicated no returns accepted on the listing. The buyer does have multiple negative reviews.

Mentor4 months agoIf the buyer opened an "Item not as described" case you really have no choice but to accept the return. If you do not then the buyer can ask eBay to step in and they will force a full refund and charge you the final value fees for the purchase.
