Return request

Question

I have a buyer who is requesting a return. I dropped off the package at the post office on 4/2. Post office hasn’t scanned the package. I am supposed to ship the item by 4/6 (today). I don’t accept returns, however, if the post office doesn’t scan the package is it on me? What happens now?

Did the buyer open a Return Request or an Item Not Received case?

If the post office doesn't scan the item, yes it's on you, unfortunately.

Best practice is to wait at the PO counter to get a scan for your package. It's the only way to protect yourself.

If the buyer opened an Item Not Received case, upload the tracking, and consider calling the post office.

If the buyer open a Return Request, I need to know the reason they gave.
