With a paid sale,, customer almost immediately asks to cancel reason, bought by mistake, I do accept cancellation and relist am I still charged the promoted listing fee?

Mentor5 months ago@rcarro_28 It is best to accept the cancelation to avoid a false return by the buyer.
eBay does refund your seller fees and promoted listing fees.
