Return Request
I submitted a return request on July 17 and nothing happens. Every time I try to get some help, the system bounces me back to the original message from Ebay that states that they are still working on my case. Is there a customer service phone number for ebay?

Mentor1 year agoOnce you submit a returns request, the seller has 3 days to respond. If no response, on the 4th day, you can go back to the case and click Ask ebay to step in. Depending on the seller's return policy and the reason for the return will determine what steps ebay will then take.
