Return request
Hello, I had received a return request for a defective item and I have sent an partial refund offer to the buyer. But after few days the buyer reported the item is working fine and even left positive feedback. But my partial refund offer remains and eBay system still asks to settle the dispute with the seller. What should I do to remove this from the system? Should I wait till it times out or ask eBay to step in and clear it? I do not want the buyer to get in any trouble because of this. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

OP1 year agoThanks for your reply. I no longer have the option to message the buyer via eBay but I have sent him multiple messages through email but I don't think he checks his emails often. My earnings from other sales are on hold because of this.
