Return request
I sold a used car radio and just got a return request because they said the hinges to installed the radio were bent. They sent photos of what seems like a different unit than the one I sent them. In my original listing, you can see that the hinges are not bent. I messaged them but what else can I do?? It seems like they are trying to send me back their ild radio that they replaced with mine!

eBay has a 30-day Money Back Guarantee for Buyer Purchase Protection. If a Buyer receives an item and they feel it's not as shown in the listing, even if that is not true, they can open a refund request for up to 30 days from delivery. Once they open the request on eBay, the Seller will have three business days to respond with either a prepaid shipping label or a full refund. If you do not respond on time, on the 4th day they can ask eBay to step in and force the refund and possibly keep the radio.
Because you did not offer returns on this listing, if they send it back and it's different than as sent, you would not be eligible to deduct a percentage of their refund. If that does happen, you can report the Buyer to eBay.
If you have additional concerns, you can go to Help and Contact on eBay and request a call back.
