Mentor1 year agoThis will depend on several factors. If the buyer opened an "Item not as described" case then you have to accept the return, provide a prepaid return label and give a full refund once the item is returned.
If the buyer just sent a return request then your return policy will determine if you have to accept the return. Since you appear to have a "no returns" policy you could deny the return but the buyer can leave you seller feedback which most likely would be negative and hurt your account.
Even if you denied the return they can still go to their payment source and ask for a charge back which is usually granted by the payment source. eBay does penalize you if the buyer goes this route.
