I can't seem to get an answer to my problem "I bid on and won an item paid for item and the shipping afterwards the seller demanded i cancel item but it had already paid and they do not accept returns. i tried to return it to them and they declined the return request . i purchased it on the 5th and was supposed to recieve no later than the 17th
what does it mean.

·2 years agoIt means the seller is either ignorant or dishonest or both.
If you don't get a package from the seller by the time the estimated delivery date you were given when you paid has fully passed, go to your Purchase History for that item, click the link for more options and select that you haven't received the item, then follow instructions from there. If you haven't gotten the item as described or a full refund after 3 days (but before 21 days) from doing so go back and you should find a link to "Ask eBay to step in" to get your refund.
Once you get your item as described or a full refund, come back for help with feedback.
