Return request
I'm the seller, buyer wanted to return item, and said if I sent another item to replace the first item that was non working. Buyer put in return request , and so now my funds are on hold until it's resolved. That's all fine, my issue is ebay gives me one option,and that is to refund buyer. No option to exchange/replace with new item. I'm not sure, so the buyer shipped the first item back to me, and then I sent the new pkg to him. Gave buyer tracking number , and picture of the receipt from post office I received after shipping off pkg.
Will everything all get resolved after he received pkg and does something on the buyers end on ebay , so then on the sellers end(me) on the ebay app, they won't continue telling me to refund buyer, and then funds will stop being put on hold??? Any feedback will be very helpful.
