Return Request
Im a seller and a buyer got the wrong item by mistake. I refunded the buyer but now the buyer thinks he will have to pay the return shipping if he starts a return request. He's old and doesn't understand that he wont have to pay for a return label. The item he has belongs to another buyer so i need this item back?! What do I do now?!

The buyer cannot file a Return Request if you already refunded them. If you want the item returned, you will need to send the buyer a prepaid return shipping label. Since you can't do it through Ebay, there are online shipping sites that offer shipping labels, such as PirateShip.
