The seller is not responding to my request placed on 4/8/24. It says to use the drop down menu for eBay to step in but that option is not available. How do I get eBay to step in and help?

Mentor2 years agoIf the seller has not provided a return shipping label, you should be able to use the option to ask eBay to step in after three business days from starting a "not as described" case with eBay:
