Return refund way late

Question

Hi,

I returned two items that were not as described and they were received by the seller on September 17th. They opened a case which eBay has said would be over in 48 hours. I still do not have my refund and no any to talk to anyone in eBay.

Did you open the Return Case on eBay and then return the item using the label provided?

If so, go to the case and 'Ask eBay to Step In'
