Return/ refund questions
I got a few emails after requesting a return. The emails said I should receive a return shipping label shortly. I can't find one and the sell already issued a refund.
Do I still need to return the item? And if so where the heck do I get the shipping label?
I reached out to the seller and they won't respond.
I am just trying to make sure I am following the rules.
