Return Refund Policy

Hello,

I was told by eBay if I did not â€œblanketâ€ change all of my automotive listings to 30 day return, seller pays return shipping, that none of my listings would show up in a search, meaning I wonâ€™t sell much if anything. Well, as I search for other like parts to compare pricing, etc., most listings have anything but a 30 day return and seller pays return information. The listings that appeared in my search have e.g. 14 day return, buyer pays return shipping, no returns, etc. My question is why was I told to change all of my listings and what is the policy in reality? I canâ€™t seem to get a straight answer. I would prefer to change my listings back to my original policy to cut down on â€œIâ€™ve changed my mindâ€ returns, after all, itâ€™s not Prime. Many thanks.
