When you filed the Return Request through Ebay, what reason did you choose when you filed the Return Request?
If you filed the Return Request for a valid reason per the Ebay Money Back Guarantee, you should have been provided with a prepaid return shipping label.

OP1 year agoI picked the defect selection for the reason but I don’t understand why I had to pay for the shipping material at the post office

If you chose the reason "defective" when you filed the Return Request, you should have been provided with a prepaid return shipping label, and if the seller did not cooperate, you could have asked Ebay to step in to help you.

OP1 year agoI did receive the shipping labels per the items I purchased . But I had the buy the proper shipping bag for them to except both items. It that normal for me to pay? If not how can I get a refund?

Were the labels you received PREPAID labels? If so, you should not have had to pay anything.

OP1 year agoYes, I used the PREPAID labels. But I had to BUY the envelopes the PREPAID label would stick on. Is that normal normal proceeding or How to I pursue a refund?

Ebay's Money Back Guarantee does not cover the packaging you chose to use to ship the item.
