Return Rate metrics on ebay

Hi Everyone - I deal in computer and electronics and have recently had high return rate because i sold bunch of monitors that were broken in transit.

Is there a way to get the return removed from the calculation?

Sadly no. But if you had a bunch of monitors that were shipped to various addresses that got damaged, sounds like there may have been a packaging issue.
