Return rate
Ebay have given me a 10.29% 7 of 68 transactions return rate. Only TWO of these returns have gone through as the others have been people trying to scam or an issue on there end and not mine. Surely my return rate should be 2.9% which would be easier to work down to 2% . Do ebay really count people that want to return as it doesnt fit even though i have a no return policy
Thanks

Mentor2 years agoAll returns count, no matter the reason. I had a return opened, and then the buyer said he changed his mind and closed it all in the same day. I had to look at the return defect for a whole year. Made me mad every time I looked at my seller dashboard.
As for a no return policy--it really doesn't mean anything. eBay's 30 day money back guarantee is something all sellers have to abide by. If the item is not as described (that is the reason the buyer chose) then you must refund. If the item doesn't fit, the buyer must pay to return the item and then you refund after you receive the item back.
