Return question
I ordered a solar birdbath from a company. It came minus the solar light. I contacted the company and they told me contact eBay. I contacted eBay and spoke with an agent who was able to get a refund. That was over a week ago. I have not received any informationfrom the seller or eBay on how to return the item that was missing parts. The seller was not helpful when I spoke with them, and basically told me it wasn’t their problem contact eBay. Like I said eBay got me a refund, but what do I do with this product if they haven’t sent me a way to send it back to them? Should I just keep it, and try to find some kind of solar light that fits, or am I still responsible for somehow getting this item back to the seller company.?

Once a Buyer has been refunded, eBay considers the case closed. You are not required to return the item. If the Seller wants the item back, they need to purchase a return label to send to you. If they are not responding, I would not be concerned about returning the birdbath.
