Return product shipment labels to buyers
I need to send return labels to some buyers; but the automated system is not being helpful. My buyers are being very understanding and I would like to keep them that way.

Mentor2 years agoWhen a buyer opens a return, a shipping label is automatically provided by eBay when the return is approved.
If your buyers haven't opened returns, advise them to do so using the option in the dropdown next to the item in their Purchase History.
