I need help navigating return process. I cannot send a file (whatever that means from my desktop computer. How do I connect with a chat?

@nui_573. You can take a screenshot of the item in the listing and add it to your return if you don't have a camera or cellphone.

@nui_573. Be sure to save the screen shot as a jpg. Let me know if it doesn't work.

When you file a returns request, and ebay asks for a file, what they are referring to are PHOTOS of the item you received.

@nui_573. The return is asking for a photo. I don’t know why eBay changed the name as it's causing lots of confusion.
