Return process
I sold a ring that I was assured was 10k gold and ruby. Buyer said they had it checked and they were told it was synthetic ruby. They opened a case and want their money back. Ebay automatically approved the return. Is there anything I have to do or am I just waiting to receive the ring back then proceed? I have no problem returning their money as long as I receive the ring back.
