Return process
I purchased an item last week and want to return it. When I start the process, it requires me to highlight (click item) in the summary section, but the item is not there. Is there a delay in ebay listing all my purchases or is there another way to start a return? I have contacted the seller, but they tell me I have to go through ebay.

Mentor2 years agoDo you see the item in your Purchase History? If not, you likely purchased the item as a guest. See this link for getting help with guest purchases:
