Return problem
Received non-functioning watch. Unable to ask for refund as firm Blgiftshop, wants photograph with return request. I do not have a camera. All attempts to contact firm fail. Please help!

·3 years agoeBay requires that all returns show a photo to prevent scammers. Can you borrow a iPhone or camera to take a picture. If you want to return you need to post a photo.

Open a Return Request to the right of the item on your purchase history under More Actions and indicate the reason the item is not described accurately. You will need to include a photo.The seller has three full days to issue a prepaid return shipping label, ( if he wants the item back) or a refund in full. If there is no response from the seller by day 4, return to the case details on your Purchase History under Cancelled Invoices and click on Ask eBay To Step In
