Return preference
Every time I try to list something the told me problem with returns preferences , I already setup for 30 days now I don’t know what to do

·11 months agoAre you using Business Policies? You'll know you are if there is a dropdown menu to choose a Return Policy (even if there's only one option in it), and you should have the same types of dropdowns for Shipping Policy and Payment Policy if so.
The way to figure out what's causing the issue is dependent on whether you are using Business Policies or not (and whether you want to keep using them or opt out), so I'll wait to hear back before I write up the next part! It's definitely fixable, though.
