Return postage not used
As a seller I offeres to accept a return. I purchased shipping label and then buyer closes the return. Why do I still lose the money for buying shipping if it wasnt used?

If you had eBay issue the return label through a return request, you are not charged for it until it is used. If the label was never scanned, you won’t be charged for it.

OP5 months agoIt was scanned. I believe the buyer changed their mind though and kept the item, then closed the return. All the funds, minus this postage, was returned to me. I'm very confused and don't want to pay for postage that wasn't used. ???

Once it is scanned by the carrier, it is considered used.
