Return postage is $100 MORE than cost of item
Very misleading. The dress we received would need extensive alterations, way beyond the cost, so I have tried to return it. I'm not sure how a money back guarantee can be promised when I'm responsible for the cost of returning the item, and that would be $100 more than the credit I would receive.
I'll LOSE another $100 if I send the dress back to China.

The money back guarantee applies when an item is not as it was described in the listing. IF this was the case, then you needed to select does not match the description as the reason for return. Then the seller must pay the return shipping.
If you did choose does not match the description as the reason, go to your return and click ‘ask us to step in’. eBay will instruct the seller to send you the money to pay for the return shipping. He will need your PayPal address to do this.
If you selected something like ‘doesn’t fit’, then the seller does not have to pay the shipping.
