return postage
Even though I have my preferences set for 'buyer pays return postage', when it comes to refunding the buyer, I can not take the postage off and have to refund in full. I don't know how to overcome this

Mentor3 years agoHere in the US, if the reason for the return is that the item is not as described/damaged, the seller pays for return shipping. I imagine it's the same policy in the UK.
