Return policy on listings
When I set up my return policy when I am creating a listing (14 day return, seller pays return postage), the return policy is in the listing when I save it. When my listing goes live, it says I have a No Return policy. I cannot figure out how to fix this.

Mentor2 years agoNot all categories allow a 14 day return. Most only allow 30 day returns.
