Return Policy
Hello! Brand new to selling. I have attempted several times to set a return policy. The updates are not reflected. I also do not see a tab to save preferences.

Keep in mind that a No returns policy does not mean no refunds. Your return policy is only for buyers remorse returns.. .doesn't fit, changed mind, etc.
If a buyer SAYS an item is not as described then you must accept the return and refund or pay return shipping and refund, whichever is better for your bottom line.
